Chelsea star Callum Hudson-Odoi has revealed he will miss the rest of the season with a ruptured Achilles tendon.
The Blues starlet picked up the injury during the 2-2 draw with Burnley on Monday night and had to be replaced by Pedro four minutes before half-time.
Chelsea have yet to comment on the injury, but Hudson-Odoi himself took to twitter later in the evening to reveal the bad news.
The 18-year-old will miss England’s Nations League exploits this summer and Chelsea’s final push for a top-four Premier League finish and Europa League glory.

“Really gutted to end my season with a ruptured Achilles, got to work hard and try to come back stronger for next season,” Hudson-Odoi posted on twitter.
Hudson-Odoi has been heavily linked with a move away from the club and Chelsea fans will be hoping this is not the last they have seen of him in a blue shirt.
Meanwhile, assistant boss Gianfranco Zola says he expects Kante to recover quickly from a “contusion” to his ribs, picked up in the same game.
