Kelechi Iheanacho has been tipped to leave Leicester City on a free transfer at the end of the season.
The Nigeria international’s contract with Enzo Maresca’s side will expire at the end of June.
The Foxes are unlikely to offer the forward a new contract.

The 27-year-old has struggled for game time since returning from the 2023 Africa Cup of Nations.
“It looks like he (Iheanacho ) will leave Leicester, and at the moment, the most likely path for him to take is to Turkey. Trabzonspor are one of the teams for him, and these sorts of options might have to become very real, even though it seems to be early in his career,” football transfer correspondent Dean Jones told GIVEMESPORT.
“From a Leicester point of view, keeping him doesn’t seem a wise move as he is one of the higher earners in that side, and he has only started ten games in a season when they are going for a Championship promotion.”
The 27-year-old has scored six goals in 25 league appearances for Leicester City this season.

Let him leave I pray he gets a better team in England than going to Turkey. He has been treated unfairly by the coach for attending Afcon only for Peseiro to bench the hell out of him even when he was fit to help the team.
I concur, but consolation is that he chopped their money die
Did you say treated unfairly? Kelechi have been unambitious for more than 3years now..It was obvious he has not improved at Leicester City but he choose to stay collecting fat pay..Kelechi should have left the club 2 years ago when Rodgers kept putting on the bench even for Daka..That is why Brazilian players are different..See how Kelechi stock have fallen now been linked to turker at 27 were players career fizzle away.If it does not work in turkey were next? I know he will choose turkey because of money but a better career decision will be join any La Liga or Series A team but he will not because of money.
No mind all the Iheanacho acolytes.
Was he a starter before the AFCON?
Who on the squad was he better than, that would have warranted him starting ahead of those that did? For club and country? We all saw his poor performance against Ghana and Mali. So, what exactly is all the bruhaha about?
The man is simply not good enough – that’s why he has been asked to leave on a free transfer.
There are other reasons apart from football why Kelechi and Ndidi stayed this long at Leicester.
Senior Man was pursuing a British passport and the concrete offer on the table then was from abroad which would have spoilt his application .Same with Ndidi. You know that, retirement stuff. Now they both have it .In addition, Ndidi was pursuing a degree in Business administration at the University of Leicester. He has graduated now.So we will see more desire from both to leave.Ndidi has interest from Tottenham,Newcastle, Everton and Palace, while palace are interested in Kelechi.Senior man is officially 27 years but we all know how it is from close observation. Productive shelf life might not be more than 3 to 4 years,So many have to wise up, have some stability, earn and invest for the future. That is what he is doing. It is not all about the football
You don talk am finish
He’s leaving on a free transfer, mostly because he’s highly paid compared with all of the starting eleven this season. He did not agree to cut off his pay- check, and that made him an undigested for a club that is struggling in 2nd division!. About his performance, it is obvious that when you want to be got rid off, the coach is the one used to do the dirty job.. unfortunately for Kelechi or fortunately for the club, Mavididi and the other players performed good this season without Kelechi. He would have been treated differently if things didn’t work right for the club. We all saw Kelechi great performance last year in the premier league. How would he be suddenly misperforming in the the 2nd division which is the championship???
