Idris Aloma shot Remo Stars into the lead in the 20th minute but Delta Force restored parity with five minutes left to play in the first half from a penalty spot by Osita Egbo after Obinna Awara was fouled inside the box.
The Sky Blues sealed victory through star striker Victor Mbaoma who tucked home Mustapha Gbolahan’s pass.
The win sees Remo Stars finish second in the Southern group behind leaders, Insurance with six points from three group games.
In the Northern group, Kada City and Gombe United secured promotion after finishing first and second.
