Iwobi Confident Arsenal Will Bounce Back Vs Leicestee After Two Consecutive Defeats

Arsenal forward Alex Iwobi is confident the Gunners will get into a winning streak again after losing back-to-back games against Crystal Palace and Wolves, reports Completesports.com.

Arsenal suffered consecutive losses at the start of the season to Manchester City and Chelsea but went on a 22 game unbeaten streak.

The defeats in the space of four days to Palace and Wolves this outgoing week dealt a severe blow to Arsenal’s hopes of finishing in the top four this season.

“Yeah, it’s [disappointing], but last time we had back-to-back [league] defeats, we went on an amazing run,” Iwobi told Arsenal’s official website.

“We’ll look at that as a confidence boost, go back to training and just focus on the next game.”

Arsenal face Leicester City in their next game.

“We just have to keep on fighting, keep on being together as a team and just focus again on the next game.”

“The top four is still up for grabs. We believe we have a chance, so we’ll keep going.”
