Serie A giants Juventus are holding talks with Manchester United for Jadon Sancho.
According to Sky Sports UK (via Football Italia), Juventus are also discussing personal terms for Sancho.
The report suggests they have a ‘firm interest’ in the player and are exploring the conditions of a deal, as well as talking to the player’s entourage about personal terms.
Sancho might be an alternative to Nico Gonzalez, or an added player for the wide role, as he can play on the left or right.
This step comes as Fiorentina announced they do not have the ‘right conditions’ to sell Nico Gonzalez to Juventus, as they are asking for €40m.
It is no secret that the Bianconeri are interested in signing Sancho, but their hopes had seemingly been wrecked when the player resolved the issues he had with Erik ten Hag and ended their feud.
He spent the last six months of the season on loan at Borussia Dortmund, the same club he had left for €85m to come to Old Trafford in 2021.
His contract runs to June 2026, though there is an option to extend for a further year.
That could give Juve some leeway to work out a loan with option to buy agreement with Manchester United, spreading out the cost of the original €47m valuation.
