The Nigerian international who had a quiet game for the Yellow Submarine was later substituted in the 79th minute for Jose Gimenez.

It was Lookman’s second game for Atletico Madrid this ongoing season.
However, Atletico took the lead just before the hour mark when Spain defender Pubill scored from long range, curling powerfully into the top corner.
The host lead did not last long, with Moreno levelling from the penalty spot after Morten Hjulmand clumsily felled Tajon Buchanan.
The match took a turn when defender Robin Le Normand was shown a direct red card in the 76th minute, reducing Diego Simeone’s team to ten men. A few minutes later, Mikautadze extended Villarreal’s lead in the 78th minute.

Despite the numerical disadvantage, Giuliano Simeone struck an equaliser in the 84th minute to bring Atlético Madrid back on level terms.
The 2-2 result allowed 10-man Atlético Madrid to escape defeat at home and secure a point in their matchday 2 La Liga encounter.
