Leicester boss Claude Puel is not looking to recall Filip Benkovic from his loan spell with Celtic this month. The Croatian joined Leicester from Dinamo Zagreb over the summer but he was immediately loaned out to the Scottish champions for the 2018-19 campaign.

The Defender has turned out 13 times for Celtic in the Scottish Premiership, scoring twice, and reports suggested he could be recalled by in January.
However, the Frenchman is happy for the 21-year-old to continue his development north of the border. “If we don’t get any injuries, it’s better Filip maintains his loan at Celtic,” Puel told BBC Radio Leicester.
