French topflight governing body Ligue 1, has congratulated Victor Osimhen, after helping Galatasaray claim the Turkish Super Lig title.
Osimhen bagged a brace as Galatasaray defeated Antalyaspor 4-2 to clinch the league title.
The Super Eagles striker scored from the penalty spot in the 66th minute to make it 2-2.
The former African Player of the Year then put Galatasaray 3-2 ahead with two minutes left in the game.
Reacting to the league title, Ligue 1 wrote on their X handle:“Victor Osimhen & Galatasaray, Turkish champions ✨🏆.”
