Liverpool have been dealt a significant injury blow as Alisson Becker is reportedly set to be sidelined for six weeks due to a hamstring injury.
According to Sky Sports, the Brazilian star is expected to return to full fitness after the next international break in November.
He is likely to miss two Champions League matches against RB Leipzig and Bayer Leverkusen, as well as Premier League fixtures against Chelsea, Arsenal, Brighton, and Aston Villa.

Although Caoimhin Kelleher played in the previous round, Liverpool are also scheduled to face Brighton in the Carabao Cup.
In Saturday’s 1-0 victory over Crystal Palace at Selhurst Park, Alisson was substituted in the second half. Vítezslav Jaros came on to make his Premier League debut, preserving a clean sheet, as regular No. 2 Kelleher was unavailable due to illness.
However, Kelleher recovered in time to play for the Republic of Ireland during the October international break.
After the international break, Liverpool face back-to-back league games against Chelsea and Arsenal, setting up a pivotal run of fixtures.

Alisson’s absence for the next month will be a major setback for Arne Slot’s side, especially as they are set to face top attackers such as Bukayo Saka and Cole Palmer.
This is the second time this season that Alisson has suffered an injury, having first aggravated his hamstring following the Reds’ 3-1 victory over AC Milan in the UEFA Champions League.
Last season, he also missed up to three months of action due to injury as Liverpool battled with Arsenal and Manchester City for the Premier League title.
