Manchester City continued their perfect start to the Premier League campaign after clinching their sixth successive wins thanks to a 3-0 victory against 10-man Liverpool At Anfield on Sunday.
The win means Enzo Maresca is now the fourth manager, after Pep Guardiola, Carlo Ancelotti and Ole Gunnar Solskjaer, to have won each of their first six matches of a spell in charge of a club in the Premier League.
City, on 18 points, are now three clear of reigning league champions Arsenal, while Liverpool with seven points are in ninth spot in the league table.
Liverpool went into the fixture without the trio of Dominik Szoboszlai, Hugo Ekitike, Alexander Isak and Cody Gakpo due to injuries, while Phil Foden was out due to suspension.

After a tight contest in the first half which saw scoring opportunities come at a premium, the pendulum swung in favour of City after Rayan Gravenberch was shown a second yellow card for a foul on substitute Jeremy Doku.
City took advantage of the sending off as Erling Haaland 1-0 on 65 minutes, hitting a clean strike inside the box after Doku’s initial strike was blocked.
Just three minutes later Doku doubled the lead with a beautiful curler into the top far corner before Rayan Cherki added the third, finishing off a brilliant move.
