Marseille Rejoin Hunt For Dalbert

Marseille are set to try and sign Dalbert from Inter Milan this summer after failing to do so in January, according to reports.

The right-back was on the radar of Rudi Garcia’s side in the January window and the French team made a bid to sign him then.

However, first choice Sime Vrsaljko was injured at the time and they chose to keep him in their squad for extra depth for the rest of the season.

Now, Marseille are pondering a bid to bring him to the club in the summer, having failed to make an impact at the San Siro since making the move in 2017.

He has only played 11 times for the Nerrazzuri this season, and just 25 times in all competitions since joining the club from Nice.

The report suggests that while Marseille are willing to pay up to 15million Euros for the 25-year-old, they may look to sign him on loan first with the option to make the deal permanent, rather than shell out straight away.
