Lautaro Martinez says only Mauro Icardi can solve his problems with Inter Milan after he missed Friday’s 2-1 defeat at Cagliari.
The Argentine striker has sat out the last three games for the Nerazzurri following a public outburst on social media after the club decided to strip him of the captaincy.

Inter head coach Luciano Spalletti continues to insist that Icardi isn’t featuring in his matchday squads due to injury, but the Italian media have suggested differently.
Icardi’s unavailability, coupled with Keita Balde’s injury absence, left Spalletti short of attacking options for Friday’s game with Cagliari as they chased the match, bringing on defender Andrea Ranocchia up front late on.
After a damaging defeat to the Sardinians, Martinez was asked about Icardi’s absence and said it was up to the striker to get over any issues.
Icardi’s compatriot told Sky Sport Italia: “Mauro is very important for us, but we can’t do anything about it. It’s up to him to resolve his problems. All we can do is wait and try to win.”Copyright © 2020 Completesports.com All rights reserved.
