Hehehehe…..damage control to an already battered image….LMAOOoo. If they think this one will erase the shame of Tokyo they are all mistaken…..LMAOOOoo.

Good to see a lush green pitch is back in the Abuja Stadium though. Lets hope we wont go begging Dangote again in 5 years time to fix the failure of government for us.

Sir, no apologies, but it seems it is you who is the fool, has a low IQ and lacks basic comprehension. The context of the ‘damage control’ is not in the timelines of the renovation project, but the timeline of the release of this piece news – to launder the fallen image of an incompetent Sports Minister. Telling us he made it possible before even mentioning the man who coughed out his hard-earned money to make it possible is the highlight of a PR job intended to imprint his name in our minds first. That’s public relations for you.

  • If this is not a Photoshop it is good but that does not erase the fact that Mr minister talk too much

When saints continue to fraternize with devils they get covered in his garment. Dare has good intentions and started off well no doubt but suddenly allowed himself to be misguided by veiled self serving advice of some few. Great work on pitches n truly deserve commendations but that Olympics mishaps still hurts badly.

National teams matches especially the senior team should be played in the national stadia Lagos, Abuja and co, no need moving matches to all these Ugbemudia, Uyo etc just because a governor is sponsoring the match, what is the job of the FA if they can successfully bankroll national teams matches?. With proper maintenance a stadium can stay 10-20 years with no need for renovation, but wait couple of years when a new Sport Minister comes in, the same stadium we are seeing now is the same project he will use to launch himself to limelight because by then it would be time for renovation again.

But I struggle to understand something on this platform, pages like this where people aired their opinions and other will come in with counter facts, I can disagree with your comments and and we bring out fact and argue it out, other people will join in the process, we can’t all agree on every article or subject, that’s how it is. But one thing that always baffles me on here is, someone drop a comment and you don’t agree and the next thing is You are a fool, you are mad, idiot, stupid, you don’t have sense bla bla bla…common man, how can you be calling someone you’ve never met names? that’s too low guys, if you can’t deal with issues like this without cursing or abusing someone else then it’s better you use your data for something else bcos you don’t have business coming on social media ( My Opinion guys. No disrespect)
