Much More To Come From Nasri – Pellegrini

West Ham boss Manuel Pellegrini believes Samir Nasri will go from strength to strength after making his debut against Birmingham. The former Manchester City playmaker played his first game of competitive football in 13 months after his doping ban and helped the Hammers secure victory over Birmingham City in the third round of the FA Cup on Saturday.

With West Ham preparing to face Arsenal on this Saturday, Pellegrini was pleased to see Nasri out on the field and feels the Frenchman will only improve with more minutes on the field.

The Chilean manager told reporters: “I was very happy in the way he played. He is a player that gives you time with the ball, he has such good technique that the ball is always around him. “He now will be considered in different games. Next is Arsenal – we don’t know if he will start or be on the bench but now he demonstrated that he is back and he will continue to improve his performances in every game he plays.”
