Napoli sporting director Giovanni Manna has said Victor Osimhen’s situation is blocked.
Osimhen is pushing to leave the Partenopei this summer.
“It’s an objective fact, what the coach said, the situation is blocked. Victor is an important player, with an important value and conditions,” Manna told Sky Sport Italia.

” His desire is clear. We tried to maintain the integrity of the squad at this moment. We are not the only club in this situation and we’ll see what happens over the next 10 days.”
He was asked if the club had sensations for whether the Nigerian was leaning towards Chelsea, PSG or Arsenal?
“At this time, it is not right to say what sensations there are. We are working with his entourage to find the best solution. As we said, he is an important player, so it’s not that we can just find him anywhere,”he added.
Manna also said they would need to talk to Osimhen if no club is willing to pay the right fee by the end of the transfer window.
“He is under contract for another two seasons, so clearly if we don’t find a solution by August 30, we’ll have to talk to the player,” he stated.

Clubs keep certain players out to protect their assets when there is a discussion of a possible transfer. Happened today with ivan toney, he was not available. The coach of brentford literally said ivan toney was out because of transfer issues, they will see what happens at end of august. No new club wants damaged goods.
If napoli is ambitious they will keep osimhen. If they are not and or need money they will sell him like the average german club because most german clubs are selling clubs. Obviously they not gonna be good without osimhen, losing 3 to 0 today. They were 10 place with osimhen last year.
But in a previous post it said chelsea offered a loan deal with and option to buy, but osimhen doesnt want the offer. Most likely he dont want a loan but a permanent move. With a loan option its obvious chelsea spent a lot of money and cant meet the demands of 130 mil.
I love the owner of napoli, dude is strict and a tough businessman. Gotta put osimhen in his place. The least will be he will leave on sale next year with one year left. But he may go to chelsea because they got lukaku and lukaku hasent played since he came out wanting to go back to italy and play. Its literally to satisfy both players. They just gonna loan both players. So lukaku is gonna play with conte again.
Napoli has not seen anything yet.
