Napoli are in discussions to sign Jean-Philippe Mateta from Crystal Palace as a replacement for Victor Osimhen, L’Equipe reports.
Osimhen looks set to depart Napoli in the summer with the club now in search of a replacement.
GOAL reported that PSG want to sign Osimhen and kvicha Kvaratskhelia to compensate for Kylian Mbappé’s departure.
Following the possible departure of Osimhen, Napoli could be looking at Mateta to replace the Nigerian goal scorer.

However, L’Equipe notes that while Osimhen is on the move this summer, it won’t be to the Ligue 1 champions.
The report notes that Osimhen is closer to moving to the Premier League than heading to PSG.
The Parisians did bring in two No. 9s last summer in Gonçalo Ramos and Randal Kolo Muani, so they might get the opportunity to prove themselves with no Mbappé.
