Na wa o!
WE have LOST another BROTHER to another LOW BUDGET CLUB!!
CD FEIRENSE, BOURNVITA sorry BOAVISTA are all MUSHROOM CLUBS no matter the TIER…
Nigerian players like to go to mediocre clubs. This Onyemaechi of a guy would have walked straight into the starting 11 of Chelsea, Manchester City, Liverpool,Real Madrid or at worst Barcelona.
He could have just managed Tottenham, Atletico Madrid or at worst Everton.
Or even ARSENAL my BROTHER….
GOD will BLESS YOU and I in this FORUM because it seems WE are the only ones that wants the BEST for NIGERIA PLAYERS….
The rest in this FORUM like CELEBRATING MOVES like; OBINNA MOVES to INDIAN LEAGUE,(to GO and be DANCING or what?) ISHOLA MOVES to the 2nd TIER of PAKISTAN LEAGUE.. WTF
LMFAO!!!
You guys should allow these lads to grow, He has moved from a second division club to an elite division club, that is the dynamics of the game, if he is able to prove himself, bigger clubs would notice him and bid for him. Every country in the world has their nationals in lower clubs, not only Nigeria.
Felix my brother you are very right. They need to grow from the smaller clubs and learn. Before they go to the bigger clubs. I agree with you 100percent
If HIM GO STRAIGHT to ARSENAL go GROW there person go DIE?
Hahahaha, nice wan.
Until the NFF does something about our league, our players will always start for mediocre clubs. The last player to leave a Nigerian club and walk straight into the first 11 of a top five European league club was Taiye Taiwo, who Lobi Stars and went straight to Marsseille in France. Iheanacho too was close but still spent some time at Manchester City’s Academy before gettimg a place in the main team.
As a matter of fact, our saving grace these days are the football academies spread across the country, whose players don’t only make it it to the age grade of the national teams, but also find good clubs in Europe.
However, this guy’s move isn’t a bad one, considering the division he’s coming from, just that our players can still do better in terms of market value if we do the right thing back here.
