Eletu has been a key part of Ignazio Abate’s Primavera side so far having made 19 appearances in the current campaign across all competitions, with the 17-year-old playing predominantly as a deeper-lying midfielder in front of the back four.

Now, he has extended his deal until 2025 and there is an added layer of intrigue as the deal was completed in collaboration with the player’s agent, Allele Celestine and Ted Dimvula, the lawyer that is in talks with Milan over Rafael Leao’s extension.

Leao is presently Milan’s most valuable player with the transfer value of €150 Million Euros and is also one of the leading scorers for the Portuguese national team in the ongoing world cup in Qatar with two goals.

  • Eletu is already almost knocking on the door of SE….. Onyedika is already knocking…..Yusuf is already knocking…… These are all young combative midfield players with Lots of energy and dynamism to bring to the table…..But instead of integrating them gradually into SE before the next major tournament we are still patching Etebo and Shehu to continue piling up caps without any achievement…… ONLY THOSE THAT LOOK FORWARD ALWAYS PROGRESS….. simple…..We need young players who are playing top level football….. that’s the only solution.
