Nasarawa United recorded their first win of the season after edging past Ikorodu City 2-1 at the Mobolaji Johnson Arena, Onikan, Lagos on Saturday.
Anas Yusuf gave the visitors the lead one minute before the break.
The hosts equalised through Chilaka Thankgod three minutes after the break.
Kabiru Balogun however scored the winning goal for Nasarawa United in the 65th minute.

At the Godswill Akpabio International Stadium, Uyo, Sunshine Stars also defeated their hosts Akwa United 2-1.
Chinedu Nwosu scored the curtain raiser for Sunshine Stars on 19 minutes, while Seth Mayi doubled the advantage nine minutes before the break.
Wisdom Ndon reduced the deficit in the 83rd minute.
The remaining matchday four matches will be played on Sunday.
