Godstime Joseph gave Niger Tornadoes the lead three minutes before the break.
Substitute Ufere Chinedu restored parity for Enyimba in the second half.

“I feel terribly bad, because the first 20 minutes was hell, we didn’t come to the party,”Olanrewaju told the club’s media.
“The chances we were missing were criminal, I feel bad losing these points honestly speaking.
“But I still have to cheer the boys up because the league is a marathon, there still about 31 games left, so they have to cheer up, I don’t want them to feel down, but personally am not happy.
“Before they scored, we ought to have scored like three or more goals and for us to win the Championship we have to do better, we have to improve on our goal scoring.
“Initially I think we were having problems at the back but we worked on it and again we have to improve our goal scoring because the chances we are missing is criminal.”
