“Since joining the Potters in June 2018, Etebo has also spent time on loan at Getafe and Galatasaray, appearing in the Europa League for the latter.

“Etebo began his career in his home country with Warri Wolves before switching to Portuguese outfit Feirense in 2016.

“With Feirense he earned an immediate promotion to the Primeira Liga, then helping the team establish themselves in the top flight.

“Welcome to Watford, Peter!”

Etebo is now the fifth Nigerian at Watford and will feature alongside William Troost-Ekong, Isaac Success, Tom Dele-Bashiru and Emmanuel Dennis.

Watford is the New Super Eagles in Premiership. Last season it was Fulham, but really sad they had to drop. Etebo the 5th Naija player and also hoping Onuachu will make it 6. This shows they are really happy with Ekong signing as he has opened the door for others. I hope Isaac Success will get his groove back and Dennis will show his Champions league exploits against Real madrid 2 seasons ago is no fluke. While Etebo will be keen to dazzle the world like he did in Olympics of 2016 and became the first player on Rohr’s wish list when he picked the job during Rio 2016.

It promises to be an interesting times so many our boys landing in the top 5 league. And Premiership with the largest contingent.
