Maduka Okoye has been named Udinese’s Player of the Month for May, Completesports.com reports.
The Nigerian goalkeeper earned the recognition for his consistent and impressive performances for the Zebras during the month.
Okoye missed the opening two months of the campaign after being suspended over an alleged match-fixing scandal.

However, the shot-stopper bounced back strongly to reclaim the club’s number one position.
He kept two clean sheets in three matches in the month under review.
The 26-year-old has kept 10 clean sheets in 29 league appearances for Udinese this season.
Okoye has also been shortlisted for the Serie A Player of the Month award for May.
