Onuachu: I’m Good Enough To Play In Any League

KRC Genk forward Paul Onuachu has declared he has the quality to shine in any of the top leagues in Europe , reports Completesports.com.

The Nigeria international has scored 22 goals and provided two assists in 24 league appearances for Genk this season.

He was linked with a move to Ligue 1 outfit Olympic Lyon last month and there are speculations he could switch club in the summer.

Onuachu stated that he is not just a big striker, but one who has the talent to thrive in any of the major leagues in Europe.

“With my playing style I can play anywhere,” Onuachu told La Deniere Heure.

“I am not a footballer because of my size but because of my talent.

“I want to score as many goals as possible every match. I am calm inside the pitch, which is also a plus, I don’t get rushed.

“The fact that clubs are showing interest now is due to the fact that I score a lot and show my worth. We’ll see when I’m ready to take on a new challenge that is offered me.”

The 26-year-old will look to add to his goal tally when Genk host Anderlecht in a Belgian Pro League clash at the Luminus Arena on Sunday.

Kom doam here mek we follow siam for our koro-koro eye…..

The likes of eto, drogba, adebayor, gyan, emenike et all were not only scoring in europe…. They fire at all cylinder under different coaches with different tactics, style of play & mentality….
We want u to do same….

A “myopic” kind of stricker is not needed in the world any more…

What’s the essence of hitting the back of the net time without number but yet to score lots of goals for your fatherland….

A physician that cures others but can’t treat himself….

onuachu please you need to justify your invitations to the super eagles because world class strikers have hallmarks like predatory nd dribbling instincts, ability to force defenders to commit fouls in dangerous areas nd so on,but your input so far has not been commendable……your style has always been the WAIT ND RECEIVE football which is old fashion……no world class defender or midfielder would for 90 minutes concentrate on just crossing the ball to you,not the messis, mercelos, neymars of this world would so grant you that luxury……if you don’t score,at least provide assist, just like king kanu who forced so many penalties in his active days, arsene wenger used him as last joker when chips were down……..make yourself useful to the national team

  • Poul is not a rugged striker like Ibrahimovic, pogba, crunch of England. If you want to markout paul , put short defender for him. His not skillful like Kanu, Ibra. Let him come to France or Italy, spain so that you will taste rugged defenders
