Onuachu: Super Eagles Going To AFCON 2021 For The Gold

Paul Onuachu is already thinking of winning the 2021 Africa Cup of Nations title with Nigeria after the Super Eagles booked their place in the competition on Saturday, reports Completesports.com.

Onuachu scored the winning goal as the three-time African champions beat Benin Republic 1-0 at the Stade Charles de Gaulle, Porto-Novo.

The West Africans qualification was confirmed prior to kick-off after Lesotho and Sierra Leone battled to a 0-0 draw in the other Group L fixture.

Nigeria last tasted success on the continent in South Africa 2013.

Gernot Rohr’s men finished third at the 2019 AFCON in Egypt, but the lanky striker is hopeful they can conquer the continent in Cameroon.

“I’m just going to say thanks to the nation for the push, they really pushed me to show what I have to show. National team, I did it, I am so happy for the team and for the country,” he told the Super Eagles media after the game.

“It’s a lot of confidence for a striker to score and I’m very happy. We just have to go there (to the AFCON) and take the gold.”

  • Watch out for onuachu from today in SE as he has regained his confidence and scoring boots and I foresee the Agali scoring streak deja vu… Though I prefer Sadiq… Did anyone noticed how lovely the guys celebrated with him?
Means there’s love in that team and less jealousy… Keep it up guys

That is one of Rohr’s biggest achievements. The love and harmony in the squad.
It was not always like that. Back in the day, we used to hear of Mafia and similar nonsense. Not in this squad. Everybody is together, supporting each other.

That is the dream and winning that Trophy in Cameroon is not negotiable. Super Eagles have to win in Cameroon.

Onuachu a.k.a Iroko tree have spoken and if the gaffer failed to win that tournamen then we hire and we fire. He have to go then.

I did my very best to begged Edoman, Sunnyb, Chairmanfemi and others to forgive Oga Rohr since after the Sierra Leone match and I’m so happy that my lovely Edoman and other are happy today.

Dr.Drey, that posted Onuachu’s video on here when things were not going well for Onuachu have no choice today but he have turned to a pastor because of the lanky striker.

He started quoting Bible to backup his wrong arguments but this time around, the Iroko tree according to “Ayphillydegreat” have putting him, Dr.Drey, Oakfield, Ayphillydegreat and their group in their place.

I hope you people have learned your lessons from Onuachu.

Nonetheless, Super Eagles still have a lot to improve on.

We have to make the move now before the Afcon in Cameroon.

The coaches of the Eagles did try and unlocked the “park the bus tactics of the Benin team” and I’m happy they scale through with the abilities of Onuachu, Onyekuru, Iwuala and Awaziem introductions.

They keep calling me so many names to the extent that some of them even called me ÓMÓ ENIYAN, can we imagine that lolz.

I don’t want to talk too much today. Let’s the celebrations continued jare my people. God bless Nigeria!!!

Hahahahaha…bloody liar…..LMAO. “…I did my very best to begged Edoman, Sunnyb, Chairmanfemi and others to forgive Oga Rohr since after the Sierra Leone match…”.

When and where did you ever do that….?? You that was still wishing that Rohr should lose to Benin here only last week and complaining you have no trust in the team only 3 days ago…?? You lie pass devil o.

Na we put Onuachu for im place nor be Onuachu put us for any place….all the hammering we’ve been giving him has made him to stop being a “wait and get” striker. Even the way he attacked the ball to score yesterday shows that he knows his 50 goals in Belgium is not a guarantee anymore. Onuachu of before would have waited for the ball to come to him rather than attack it…in addition to the way he was hassling and harrying Benin defenders yesterday. The fear of Sadiq Umar is becoming the beginning of wisdom for uncle “wait and get”…..LMAO. If he like make e think say bcos he don score now make e nor fit trap or attack ball again….Lol. And Nigerians still know who the no 1 striker of the SE is….and Onuachu is not even close to that spot yet….LMAO.

You dont want to talk too much today…..LMAO….the days wey you don dey talk too much nor be imbecile talk you dey talk….?? Shame never begin dey catch you o. E just dey start. You and your guadiolas should just sit down and learn from the masters how things are done. 3 qualifications in a row with Games to spare….LMAO…no be mistake. An ordinary mechanic PE teacher has done what your entire overatted 94 squad cannot do. E gba fun oga yin.
