The 21-year-old want to join Club Brugge because he will enjoy a regular playing time at the club.
He is seen as a direct replacement for Hans Vanaken by Club Brugge.
Vanaken is close to joining Premier League club, West Ham United.
Club Brugge are however willing to offer €5m for Onyedika which falls short of Midtylland’s €10m valuation of the player.

Wetin come happen to the AC MILAN MOVE..
Oga go AC MILAN JARE!!!
I wonder o.
He is afraid of playing at the highest level, he wants to test his abilities at the big stage with a middle class club.
AC Milan would have been great.
AC Milan wants him for cheap. They offered E4m as against the asking price of E10m and that’s why the deal fell through.
No point going to AC Milan to warm their bench as a squad player and then loaned out to some ‘jekuredi’ club. Playing time is what increases the value of a player, going to a big club is no guarantee of playing time especially when you’re still developing your career.
Some of these big clubs just want to buy talented players cheap, play them in a few cup games and then sell them for a huge profit. They don’t usually need them in their main team, it’s just a way of making money from them.
4m isn’t the kind of money AC MILAN will spend on a midfielder they want to be in their first eleven . and raphael needs to be playing regularly to stand a chance of getting a call to the National team. So where ever he will get regular game time is where he should go.
Few days ago, ac milan tabled the second bid of €6.5m with some ad-ons which was rejected. Midtyland were reportedly holding unto an offer of minimum of €8m before they will let him go.
The lad is good and would improve tremendously if he plays for AC Milan. if he can prove himself, they will use him in serious games. look at Tomori, he has been able to fit in very well and he is now one of AC Milan’s highly rated players.
Abeg make MIDTYLLAND release this guy to AC MILAN.
I no mind I go personally look for BALANCE, balance them later..
I just want to see a NIGERIAN PLAYING for a HIGH PROFILE TEAM like AC MILAN…
Ac Milan will use him am sure…..at least the player should have a chat with the coach to know his plans for him first…..why do Nigerian players run away from challenges like this?…..with this kind of mentality the African footballer of the year will elude a Nigerian player this century.
