Onyeka Set To Join Bundesliga Club Augsburg On Loan

Super Eagles Frank Onyeka is set to join Bundesliga club Augsburg on a loan, reports Completesports.com.

According to The Athletic, Brentford and Augsburg already have an agreement in place for Onyeka to join the latter.

The 26-year-old is also close to agreeing personal terms with Augsburg.

The defensive midfielder will return to London next summer as he is part of Brentford’s long-term plans.

The Nigerian joined the Bees from Danish club FC Midtylland in July 2021.

He signed a new four-year contract with Brentford in August 2023.

Onyeka has scored one goal and registered four assists in 78 appearances for the London club.
