Osimhen Is Eager To Learn, Improve -Spalletti

Napoli coach Luciano Spalletti has lavished praises on Super Eagles striker, Victor Osimhen after his impressive goal scoring form for the club.

The Nigerian international netted a goal in Napoli’s 3-0 win over Legia Warsaw in Thursday’s Europa League.

Osimhen has now scored four goals in three Europa League matches this campaign and he also has a tally of five goals after seven league appearances for the Serie A leaders.

In a chat with TribalFootball, Spalletti described Osimhen as a player who is willing to learn and improve his game despite his goal scoring form.

“He is accustomed to galloping in wide open spaces, so coming back to get the ball or support his teammate and then make the run are things he is still learning. He’s a great professional, a lovely guy who is eager to learn and improve.

“His teammates adore him, he wants to be with them all the time and we’re very fortunate to have him.”

All thanks to Gattuso, Osihmen should be forever grateful to this man who saw greatness in him and made him settle in well.

When internationally reputed football pundits begin to hype players the way Osimhen is being hyped across board, it means he is positioned for laurels. He should also improve on his ability to shake the net while hanging in the air. I mostly find him wanting in this area as most of his headers go above the bar. In all, good luck Osimhen.

Gatuso should be thanked for sticking to this guy. I remember gatuso was ready to receive a pay cut in His salary just for Napoli to able to land osihmen.

Just what we SE fans wanna see; Airsimenegoooaals now the arrowhead of Napoli just like Mbappe for Psg, Benzema for real Madrid, Haaland for dormund, lewandoski for Bayern. Nacho n co over to you guys. Osimene should stick with Napoli n become thoroughly identified with that football club, like late Diego Maradona before ever thinking of leaving because they have showed him so much love. He should always remember his Wolfsburg days before making any transfer decisions.

Disapotionately, it wasn’t very long ago that Osimhen was recognised as a stand out player with intetests coming from ManU, ManCity and their likes. We’ve seen Osimhen display his mercurial talent in SerieA since he was instantly snapped up by the Partenopei. So why shouldn’t any club seemingly willing to take a chance on Osimhen? It was recently postulated that Osimhen could be the most talked about football player in a very long while. What I do know is, he is learning, improving, hard working, hopefully he-stays that way. Osimhen knows when to pick the taps..A move to the first ranked club in the World shouldn’t, and hasn’t, diminished his ability, form or reputation. He remains a classical striker with the complete package who arguably should have secured a move to one of the elite clubs to rub shoulders with the very best. There’s a great striker just waiting to be picked up, that’s him.

While Mbape , Hallaan, Lukaku et al wait for midfielders to create chances for them , Osihmen creates his own goals. Keep it up bro.

Many Nigerians erroneously think the EPL is the ultimate. See how City and Leicester have killed Iheanacho’s talent

  • Osimhen needs love to excel…… Osimhen needs his team mates to have confidence in his ability…… Osimhen needs his team mates to trust his talent……. Osimhen needs his team mates to always pass the ball to him……. Osimhen needs his team mates to always play the ball into space and they should not worry about how he will get to the ball because he will always be the first to arrive at the ball…….With all this Napoli will stand a chance of fighting for the scudeto.
