Nigeria forward Victor Osimhen has decided against a move from Lille to Italy this summer, despite having received considerable offers from Serie A.
Signed last summer for €12m from Belgian club, Sporting Charleroi, Osimhen has been a serious revelation in Ligue 1 over the course of the 2019/20 campaign, scoring 18 goals and providing 6 assists in all competitions.

For several months, Lille President Gérard Lopez has indicated his desire to keep the player for next season unless an impossible to refuse offer arrives on his desk.
The player has considerable interest from England, but nothing is close to being done. The player and the Lille board are due to speak in the next two weeks to take a definitive decision.
Osimhen, according to a report in La Voix du Nord has however decided that he will not be going to Italy, whatever happens, despite several offers from Serie A.
