Osimhen Rescinds Decision To Take Legal Action Against Napoli

Victor Osimhen’s agent Roberto Calenda has rescinded his decision to pursue legal action against Serie A champions Napoli.

Osimhen was infuriated by the two TikTok videos posted by Napoli this week.

The first mocked his penalty miss against Bologna and the second compared him to a coconut.

Calenda announced he will take legal action against Napoli following the recent controversy surrounding their mocking TikTok videos.

Napoli released an official statement on Thursday in response, but it was widely criticised for the lack of an apology.

According to Italian publication,Gazzetta dello Sport , Calenda has decided not to file a lawsuit against Napoli following the release of their statement.

Osimhen’s contract expires in June 2025 and a renewal seems incredibly unlikely at this stage, making a departure within the next 12 months a realistic possibility.

The 24-year-old has scored four goals in six league appearances for the Partenopei this season.

He was top scorer in the Italian top-flight with 26 goals in 32 league appearances last season.

Napoli fall hand with this tiktok fiasco. Osimhen should have sued their arse. Man dem pot belly fat people who make fun of hard working African players. I n I will always believe in Osimhen to rise above this trial.
Heaven bless Osimhen and all deserving Super Eagles players that have been victimised in Europe.

Yes, Osigoal – this is the right decision in that regard – We are told not to shit where we eat, so yes, curb the legal action but don’t try to think that all is well and be determined now to move on in January, by hook or crook – even if you have to make your way over to Chelsea, although that would be the least favourite destination for you my guy – Let’s hope that you will be on your way to Real or PSG or Bayern and places like that, but failing that then Chelsea or Man Utd – I repeat, none of these would be advisable if it were not for the fact that Napoli is not a place for you under any circumstances – kick those retarded racists to the curb Osigoal and may God be with you in the next chapter of your development – If God is with you, no one can be against you!
