Super Falcons head coach, Randy Waldrum is optimistic his players will do a double over the Banyana Banyana of South Africa.
The former African champions defeated their longstanding rivals 1-0 in the first leg of the 2024 Olympic Games final qualifying round tie last Friday.
South Africa will host the Super Falcons in the reverse fixture at the Lotfus Versfeld Stadium, Pretoria on Tuesday.
Waldrum said his players know the importance of claiming the Olympics ticket after a 16-year absence.

“We will go into the match the same way, we will be confident,” Waldrum said ahead of the game.
“Our players know what’s at stake and I feel confident in our players that they will go and get the result.”
The game will kick-off at 6.30pm Nigeria time.
The winner is guaranteed a place in the women’s football event at Paris 2024.

Good. That’s the spirit.
South Africa thought football is dancing to amapiano
God bless Nigeria
The coach is good but terrible administrators are killing our football. Bribery is their wife and corruption is their girlfriend. Poor
Bayana will trash Nigeria 4-0 today. Its an altitude game and no team survives Pretoria.
Then you people should have won at least 3 Afcon by now since you believe hosting at high altitude guarantees a win. My only prayer is for Caf not to jinx us with match officials because talent for talent you people are no match.
You escaped comprehensive beating in Nigeria. You should have been 3 – 0 down but will be trounced at home to complete a 3 – 0 bashing. Your mouthy, boastful coach and a few of your arrogant players like Kgatlana and Seosepenwe will learn humility tomorrow.
Nigeria is the undisputed heavyweight of African female football. The rest of Africa, including your team, are still middleweight.
Know your place and learn respect.
I very much agree with you
