Nuno Espirito Santo has confirmed Rui Patricio will return in goal when Wolves travel to Chelsea on Sunday.
John Ruddy was given the nod between the sticks for the 2-0 victory over Cardiff City last time out to give him game-time before next week’s FA Cup quarter-final with Manchester United.
However, Portugal international Patricio, who arrived at Molineux last summer, will start the clash at Stamford Bridge as he aims to keep his seventh clean sheet in the league this season.

Confirming the change in goalkeeper, Nuno said at a press conference: “It was very clear. The decision was made and I was very clear in my intention.
I was pleased because John performed very well. John was very confident and he was very stable, which is what we were looking for. “Now we play Chelsea, we focus on this game.” Wolves will be without defender Ryan Bennett, who begins a two-match ban, meaning Leander Dendoncker could drop from midfield into the heart of defence.
