“As stakeholders, we reject attempt by a group that have plundered Nigerian Football for the past eight years from further damaging of the game in the country. They have positioned themselves to return to office and continue the eclipsing of football in Nigeria. We say no to their plan to seek re-election and do more damage to the game. We demand a clean sweep of the present board after eight years of failure.”

Jalla added: “Nigerian Football needs a new order. We need to take the plunge now to repair the damage done to our football. Those men have no good plan for this country. All they do is personal engradisment and junketting the world to the detriment of the game. They should be cooling off in custody for the harm they have done to this country

Ramson Baribote corroborated: “To avoid another long drawn crisis in our football, we are calling on Federal Government and FIFA to intervene. They should be made to implement President Buhari’s directive to expand the congress membership and give other Nigerians the opportunity to contest elections.”
