Victor Osimhen scored a hat-trick and provided an assist in his first game for Napoli who smashed Italian fourth division club L’Aquila 11-0, in their second pre-season friendly game on Friday, Completesports.com reports.
Osimhen who recently joined Napoli from Lille in this transfer window, netted his three goals inside the opening eight minutes of the game.
He then turned provider as he assisted for Napoli’s eight goal.

The Super Eagles striker opened scoring in the 2nd minute and quickly got on the score sheet again In the 3rd minute.
He then completed his hat-trick in the eight minute to put his side 4-0 up.
Other scorers for Napoli are Dries Martens, Hirving Lozano, Ghoulam Faouzi and Lorenzo Insigne.
Napoli had thrashed a lower division club Castel di Sangro 10-0 in their first pre-season game before facing L’Aquila.
In his only season in the French Ligue 1, Osimhen netted 13 goals in 27 appearances.
His impressive performance saw him voted Lille’s Player of the Season.

God please keep Osimhen injury safe..The dude had like 2 unintended assist in that game.. The attack line is fluid with him. This is what is called focused scouting. Napoli technical team need a fast central striker that can trouble defenses ahead of their fast build-up players in Insigne, Loazano and Marteens. Milik n Llorente are bit slow and off pace and thats where Osimhem now fits in well.
I just wish you injury free because that’s the only problem stopping you from shining.

It’s an exciting time for Nigeria football, most of these players in present squad of Nigeria football will dominate AFOTY award in many years to come. But my major concern is that apart from Iwobi we don’t seems to have enough intelligent midfielder with intelligent moves, we only have combative midfielder who are only good in winning tackles. This is why we need player like eze, hope this guy will have a change of mind.
Aribo is good in keeping possession but I don’t think that Young man has those killer passes in his feet. I pray Nwakali can rediscovered his mojo now that he will be playing in Laliag next season. Everything about the team is set but my only concern is the midfield.
