For Watford, it is a first ever win against Everton at Goodison Park.

In the 86th minute Dennis once again found King who turned inside the box before firing past Jordan Pickford for his hat-trick to make it 4-2.
Dennis then round off the score in the 91st minute after finding some space before firing low into the net.

Dennis had a wake up call bcos of his dismal display last weekend, he was axed from the starting 11 in the match today, but his efforts and input for today’s match will put him in a team of the week. Kudos to you bro, Rorh, pls take note!.
Yes that’s true.
Please coach Rohr, i believe Emmanuel Dennis Bonaventure deserves a Super Eagles invite for the next world cup qualifiers. he is a talented player and is worth an invite. Thanks
Why is Dennis not in SE……At least we deserve an explanation……who goes to war without his best worriors?…….I don’t understand.!!!
It was his third goal in as many as nine premiership games. His time will come but it is good to keep a tab on the lad.
@Akp like I have said many times and will say again, Musa is taking up space for more talented players like Dennis.
To answer your question even though I have raised this topic a million times using Dennis as the primary talent losing out.
Here goes for Dennis to be invited Musa has to be dropped
Here is the list of Wingers, 1 needs to be dropped to accommodate Dennis. Chukwueze, Iwobi, Ejuke, Moses Or Kalu or Musa.
Who should drop for Dennis?
Emmanuel Dennis Bonaventure is a good attacking midfielder cum striker. He can also play from the wings. i believe coach Rohr should invite him back to the Super Eagles for the upcoming world cup qualifiers against liberia and Cape Verde. Thanks
Coach Benitez is to be blamed for the defeated. Even when the game was still within reach he left Iwobi on the bench, who does that? Coach might have won accolades in the past but now seems not to be in control of the game. Possibly lacking modern day techniques.
And what was Iwobi contribution after he came in?
I tire like iwobi gonna score hattrick today.
In as much I would love him to stay at least 1 more full season with Napoli, but this too good to refuse if it’s true…. Bayern target €100m Osimhen as Lewandowski replacement
11h ago 02:31
Bayern Munich could be the next destination for Napoli star Victor Osimhen, according to journalist Paolo Bargiggia.
The German side are looking for the right attacker to succeed Robert Lewandowski and see the 22-year-old Nigeria star as a top candidate.
But they will have to pay around €100 million to convince Napoli to sell next year.
Watford conceded five last week. This week, they scored five. Perfect response!
Ranieri is a coach that will always add value to a team. His impact is already evident.
Everton started the game well, and were decent for most of it. Then fell asleep in the last 15 minutes. And at this level, 15 minutes is a long time to be asleep! Time enough for your opponent to plunder 4 goals. And that is exactly what Watford did!
Those calling for Dennis to be invited to the SE may have a point here. The hunger and desire Dennis displayed was admirable. Two lovely assists to Josh King. And a peach of a goal himself in the 91st minute. All Dennis can do for now is keep performing like this. It will soon get to the point where Rohr will have no choice but to call him up. Yes, a player can force a manager to invite him by his performances. Dennis is on his way, if he can only keep this up.
Another good day for UNION TROOST EKONG, big, strong, reliable. A notable contribution he made in the first half was when he used his large frame to block a goal bound effort, right in the 6-yard box.
With Ranieri at the helm, Watford fans will be looking forward to brighter days ahead. Considering what Ranieri achieved at Leicester, hopes will be high indeed.
I believe coach Gernot Rohr should invite Emmanuel Dennis to the Super Eagles. He is talented and plays with a determination and hunger to succeed, He is an attacking midfieler and can also play as a striker or winger. He is also very strong on and off the ball and will make the Nigerian Super Eagles stronger.
Where is david of Hamberg. Young promising defender
Instead of people calling for Victor Moses return. Dennis is the player that needs to return to the SuperEagles. 3 goals and about 4 assists at this time of the season is quite remarkable especially in the best league in the world. Dennis might be an upgrade to Simon and Kalu. At this rate if he keeps up this form he will be on the plane to Cameroon.
Agreed. The only thing I will advise Dennis to work on is his penchant for racking up yellow cards. He already has 5 yellow cards from 9 premier league games! Boy needs to cool down, and control his hunger and desire, use it positively. Apart from that, he is really knocking on the SE door. And if he stays consistent, that door will soon open.
@Aphillydegreat. Convincing Moses out of retirement is a normality and any country would try after his recent showings its football
Why because in their time to together Moses and Musa. Moses was a more important player for us than Musa. Moses retired because of disappointment and also he wanted to try regain his place in Chelsea which in hindsight shows the professionalism and he is actuallu not a Fraud. Moses shows you that he is carrying a team on his shoulder in the europa league. And you are saying we don’t need Moses but you are okay with Musa’s contant invite?
In a European national team after such a week Musa would have been dropped as he offers nothing club wise. Then Emmanuel Dennis would be drafted in, the armband given to Ekong and the coach would set out to try Convinve Vic Moses out of international retirement for World Cup because he is showing he has a lot to offer. That is how serious countries with big ambitions and the fans best interest at heart behave
Well let me tell you what’s going to happen. Neither Vic Moses nor Dennis will be contacted Rohr will keep the same team with Musa as Captain
Chukwueze (our best winger) may lose out because of Musa. Rohr will use his long term injury as an excuse forgetting he is already getting game time. This injustice of Musa is only getting more interesting as our real players profile will only continue to rise from now until World cup.
P.s remember when I said you people on CSN should stop clamouring for Musa it is counter productive in the Long run. We’ll you guessed it yes, this is what I was referring to. Hence I say I see things which u people don’t.
Good day bro. The injustice is only beginning
A consistent performer is impossible to ignore, like a painful boil in the buttocks. Whether you like it or not, you must pay attention to that boil eventually.
Dennis will get another chance, if he stays consistent.
Our forwards are doing great! Iheanacho is disturbing Rohr in England. Osimhen no gree for Italy. Awoniyi no wan hear for Germany. Onuachu will not allow him to rest in Belgium. Ejuke is terrorizing him in Russia. Chukwueze has started his own wahala in Spain. Dessers sef don dey shake body small small for Holland.
Rohr is in problem. But what a lovely, lovely problem!
But problem is Rohr’s list has become so predictable that he can as well always refer us to his last lists – rather we waiting for a new one cos it’s same-same. No surprises – maybe one new player. The rest, the same faces. No changes, no matter who’s currently setting Europe on fire.
Dennis, Marcus, Nwobodo, Ejuke, Adeleye, Awoniyi, Kingsley, Ebuehi – He should ensure these are on his starting 11 once we’ve nicked the group’s ticket. If possible, bring back Moses. Although he blunders defensively, offensively he carries the whole team from the wings. Always a threat with a bag of tricks to make life easier for the strikers.
Joel Obi played a good game today. He still has something in him. I was impressed by his hustle
If not for nagging injuries and fitness issues Joel Obi should be the SuperEagles captain by now. Unfortunately, it may be too little too late for him to get a recall to the team. However, he’s having a good season in the Serie A so far. Since we’re still in need of more options in midfield at least at the moment he might get a look in if he stays fit.
SE present wingers kalu,Simon and Musa are completely out of date .they are the reason our strickers are not scoring much . Having watched Denis and Victor Moses I think the two deserve to be in SE because they are better than all SE present wingers.
U describe Kalu as outdated? What a short memory u have, you could have his injury issues instead
If anybody ever insults me on this forum again when I speak. Just know you are only lying to yourselves. Like I said a million times. Time always reveals all.
Don’t worry you all will cry when you see the extent of the injustice come World Cup. Other players profile will continue to rise as you can see point in question with Dennis. … but Rohr will stick with Musa and co.
When I said a few months back. It will actually make more sense if Victor Moses was persuaded out if retirement and given the arm band than this Musa We are trying to give Glory to I was insulted. Here is a guy Victor Moses who in their time together In SE, Vic Moses was a more important player than Musa. Yet we accept his retirement and give Musa this false glory that he is some. SE legend when In actuality Musa was just a squad player and a super sub at best. Now he is some so called experienced Captain that Buhari and co are parading as the face of SE. When Rohr should be inviting on merit and using his time to talk to Victor Moses and passuade him to come out of international retirement at least for World Cup. Give the man the armband if you have to. Why?? Because he is showing he has a lot to still offer that national team. But Mr Comfort Zone Rohr, will just keep rolling out the same list. Even as other players profile continue to rise and ex internationals who retired from the international scene prematurely and still have alot to offer the national team will not even be tried to convinced. Yet Rohr sees we are covered in the no 9 and attacking positions but he is talking of Odion Ighalo all the time. Where as in the wing position Vic Moses can still contribute more than at least 2 of our Wingers on that roster and even as RWB but Rohr is focusing of Igahlo when in truth focusing on bringing Moses back after his recent performances and his experience would make more sense which ever way you look at it. However Mr Rohr sees the game different. That is Rohr for you and you see it in the performance of the team half hearted.
This is God. He is opening Nigeria’s eyes. All Musa fans sit tight this Musa SE debate will hit a new height. I Foresee Musa inclusion for Next list and Dennis exclusion will raise a lot of eyebrows. Because now. Fans will have to come to their senses and look at names of Wingers and attackers. Who should drop. For Chukwueze and Dennis. Lol.Musa Fans Musa fans Musa fans. I Bet when yall were congratulating Musa invite you didnt actually stop to think wait oo. If Musa is there who is missing???
Well now you know so who should drop.
Maybe Ejuke and Awoniyi right Loooooollll Chai God is
Let me see some ridiculous people’s selections. The ones that don’t actually keep up to date with ball
One good shift in the office everyone begins to clamour for players’ call up to the national team. Guys, it doesn’t work like that. Consistency is the key.
So are the ones called up constantly are consistent?…… Nigerians know how to call fraud sweet names to make it presentable…….Of recent 3 players who where groomed in Nigeria got a British work permit(Dennis Onyeka and Awoniyi)…….none of them got it through national team appearance…….And we all know that Quality is a major factor when issuing the British work permit……Now it means our national team selection is not going with the trend of up coming talent in the game…….The 3 players had to get the work permit from Adopted parents, European citizenship and performance in other top 5 league……..Why should Nigeria’s story always have a twist?…….Many players that are getting the call ups don’t even have an ambition of advancing their club career and they stand on the way of up coming talents who are ready to test themselves against the best in the game………Why should we sacrifice merit on the alter of nepotism favoritism and all?…….These players who are called up without meriting it are not only standing on the way of up coming talents from Nigeria……They are standing on the progress of SE but we don’t realize it yet the better for SE……the earlier Rhor takes the difficult decision the better…….Big positions always demand big decisions.
