But apart from a few strikers doing well like Ighalord, Onuachu and Sadiq. SE midfielders are not doing well in Europe. They have gone quite after the Afcon expecially key ones like NDIDI, Aribo and Amoo.. No creative midfielders atall!

In other words am really scared for the midfield/creative department of the SE. SMH..

    • Aribo has scored already, what he meant by dip in form was that he doesn’t influence the game like before the afcon. Some rangers fans are even asking for their aribo from Nigeria lol

The annoying part of our goal keepers.. aside okoye.. the other two have not played any game after the Afcon in poor Cyprus and south Africa league yet they get invitation.. I understand we don’t have enough options in that department but after the world cup qualification we should have heavy changes in that area

And Onasi that is playing in division 2 Saudi league is on standby list and etebo that has not played any competitive match for months makes it into the team ahead lorient bonke. When Nigeria football team want to disappoint you can tell.

My brother @JIDE DOLA, ti n ba so pe ko sun mi am a bloody LIAR!

How do you place a player with 15 goals in 33 matches (all competitions) in a top 710 club in a top 5 EUROPEAN LEAGUE clubside on stanby whilst handling invitations to a Saudi based retiree and a second division player! No country does that under any guise. But hey, its NIGERIA we are talking about! Also why not invite ADEBAYO ADELEYE, 2 home based goalies (Lobi Stars NWABILI and the guy with Remo Stars) and see all of them up close! A bench warming CHIDOZIE AWAZIEM offers more than SHEHU if not for qouta system. Also what is OGENYI ONAZI doing while ALHASSAN YUSUF and INNOCENT BONKE are left out? Awoniyi would have have another opportunity to train more and thus gel more with the TEAM.

I wish SE all the best sha as I cant stand missing out of the Mundial.

I somehow understand the coach.. This is world cup qualifiers… And the last stage at that.. There are no rooms for errors.. If we fail to qualify no one will Want to hear excuses like the boys are new players without experience with time they will gel with the team. Most of the players we are demanding for have zero caps alhassan, nwobodo, adeleye, bonke just one cap. This is not a time to bring in fresh legs, there won’t be much training session. Players who understand African football and knows the team in and out are those badly needed at this time. So inviting an etebo, over a bonke is somehow a wise decision
