PSG Ready To Offload Buffon

Paris Saint-Germain ( PSG ) goalkeeper Gianluigi Buffon will reportedly be told to find himself a new club at the end of the season.

The veteran only joined PSG in 2018 after ending his 17-year stay at Juventus, where he won the Serie A title nine times.

Buffon has made 13 Ligue 1 appearances since his move but at 41 his future is in doubt.

The former Italy international made the switch to the Parc des Princes in the hope of aiding their quest for a first Champions League title but PSG were knocked out in the last-16 by Manchester United.

He has been criticised recently for his performances against Saint-Etienne and Strasbourg and now reports in Italy claim he will be released at the end of the season.

Buffon signed a one-year deal with the French giants and the PSG board now want to replace him with Red Devils star David De Gea.

De Gea has been linked with Real Madrid for the last five years and PSG are now ready to enter the bidding war for the Spain international.
