Real Madrid Showing Interest In Chelsea Striker

Real Madrid are reported to be showing a strong interest in Chelsea striker Tammy Abraham ahead of a potential summer swoop. Los Blancos are known to have put another striker at the top of their wanted list as question marks remain over how long Karim Benzema has left with the club, and now Abraham has emerged as a target.

The young striker has taken the Premier League by storm this season after finally being handed a chance to shine in the Chelsea first team. Abraham has scored goals wherever he has been, following loan spells with Aston Villa and Bristol City.

He is now doing it on the big stage and after chipping in with nine goals already this season, his form has caught the eye of Real Madrid.

Real have long been linked with a move for Tottenham striker Harry Kane, but it is claimed they have now switched their sights to Abraham as they believe they will be able to snap him up for much less.

Kane recently penned a new long-term deal with Tottenham, and it could cost as much as £178million to lure him away. A fee Real are not willing to match.

Abraham would cost a fraction of that figure, and even though Chelsea would refuse to cash in, Real could test their resolve at the end of the season.

The youngster has just earned a recall to the England squad, and his price will skyrocket further if he starts to shine on the international scene as well.
