Paris Saint-Germain midfielder Fabián Ruiz has made it clear that he intends to return to Real Betis to finish his professional playing career.
Speaking about his deep ties to his boyhood club, the Spanish international opened up about his affection for the Andalusian outfit.

Having come through the youth ranks at Betis before breaking into the senior team, Ruiz has never hidden his support for the club.
While currently focused on his duties in the French capital and under contract with PSG, the 30-year-old midfielder acknowledged that a homecoming is part of his long-term future.
“I’ve always said it, I try to watch all their matches and I’m happy with their good results. I’m a Betis supporter, everyone knows that,” he said.
“I would like to finish my career here. It’s not the time, but it will surely happen in the future.”
Ruiz remains an integral figure under Luis Enrique at PSG and for the Spanish national team, but a sentimental return to Benito Villamarín remains firmly on the horizon for the later stages of his career.
