This player is the key to unlocking the defences of our opponents. It is the responsibility of the coach to devise the method or tactics and the manner to use him. Congratulations ejuke.

  • Ejuke is always a goal threat any day any time…….He is also a means of holding unto the ball and creating spaces in the game……He hardly losses possession and his dribbles are always advancing forward……What else does a team who wants to attack need?……We should stop looking for excuses to keep some old players in the team and start looking for excuses to bring in new players who can make a difference by making us stronger.

Good morning all sport lovers and followers of Nigeria football and footballers

    I believe that the best practice everywhere in the world by any national team coach is to invite his best legs for any competitive games, players pick and drop forms while some players got injured in the course of any given football season. I think Genort Rohr has his first 11 already and the first 11 has been playing together at least after 2019 afcon in Egypt. And the first 11 is as follow;

    Okoye

    Aina Balogun Ekong Collins

    Indidi Aribo Iwobi

    Chukwueze Osimhen Kalu/Simon

Looking at this first 11 everyone will agree with me that this players have played about 80% of games played by the super eagles after the 2019 afcon togethe (both friendlies and competitive) And anytime Nigeria Super Eagles are playing a competitive games without this 11 believe me that the absentees in that first 11 is either injured or is on suspension. That has shown that the super Eagles have their 1st 11 already.

Now, the new players like Ejuke, innocent Bonke, Onyeka, moffi and host of other promising players are beginning to knock the door to gate crash into the 1st 11 makes the competition to be even more interesting.

    Based on my little analysis above, if Genort Rohr want to base his invitation on merit I think our 23 man squad ahoud look like this;

    Goal keepers: Okoye, Uzoho, Akpeyi

Defenders: Aina, Awaziem, Balogun, Ekong, Akpoguma, Collins, Zaidu, Omeruo.

    Midfielders: Indidi,Aribo,Iwobi,Onyeka,Bonke,Joel Obi.

    Forward:
    Osimhen,iheanacho, Awoniyi, Ejuke,Chukwueze, Dennis, Simon

Based on current form, I think this is the best we have at the moment and Joel Obi name is there temporary to fill in the absence of Inured Etebo. I don’t think we need any foreign born player for now prior to the Afcon that’s just around the corner. These players are already integral part of the natioal team.
    Squad number
    1 Okoye
    2 Aina
    3 Collins
    4 Indidi
    5 Ekong
    6 Balogun
    7.Dennis
8.Joel Obi( standing in for etebo)
    9 oshimhem
    10. Aribo
    11. Chukwueze
    12. Zanusi
    13.Ejuke
    14.Iheanaco
    15.Moses Simon
    16.Akpeyi
    17.Dennis
    18.Iwobi
    19.Awoniyi
    20.Awaziem
    21.Akpoguma
    22.Omeruo
    23.Uzoho

Pls no insult this is just my own opinion and entitle to it.

God bless Nigeria and God bless Africa!
