Sarri: I’m Fan of Pogba, But Unsure If He Could Join Juventus

New Juventus manager Maurizio Sarri has fueled the Paul Pogba transfer market talks – about the France star’s possible exit from Manchester United soon .

Juventus and Real Madrid are reportedly interested in prising the midfielder away from Manchester United. And recently Zinedine Zidane discussed the Pogba topic in glowing terms, and now it’s Sarri. But Manchester United manager Ole Gunnar Solskjaer is relentless in his efforts to make the player feel at home at Old Trafford.

“I like very much the player but I don’t know the situation. I am not the technical director,” Sarri told reporters in Singapore where Juventus will confront Tottenham in an International Champions Cup match on Sunday.

The suitors seem to be talking up their chances since Pogba expressed his desire to experience ‘new challenge’ elsewhere.

Manchechester United manager Ole Gunnar Solskjaer has been wooing the France international to discard offers from the likes of his former club, Juventus and Real Madrid and stay put at the Old Trafford side.

Pogba had his youth career in Manchester United from 2009 to 2011 and joined Juventus after one year in the senior team at Old Trafford.

He was signed again by Premier League side in August 2016 for what was a record fee of £89 million
