Say hello to England Fantasy’s first Derby Challenge!

RealFevr brings you a classic London derby: Chelsea x Tottenham

Derby Challenge, all the fantasy thrill in just one game!

As you know, other than the Classic and Draft game modes, Realfevr also hosts the Derby Challenge model that was developed for people that like to compete in a single event, creating a team for a specific game, with limited choices and all the adrenaline just jam-packed into 90 minutes.

This week, we debut England Fantasy’s Derby Challenge with a true classic: Chelsea vs Tottenham and you can already build your team at https://fantasy.realfevr.com/t/DERBYCEN.

This duel puts two London city rivals face to face, precisely when they are both directly involved in the fight for the lead of the English Premier League.

Chelsea hosts Tottenham at Samford Bridge and since they’re playing at home, they will start as favourite. The Blues occupy the third place, and despite having led the championship for a day, were overtaken by the Spurs and the Reds. Frank Lampard’s team has 18 points, 2 behind Liverpool and this Sunday’s rivals.

The Spurs, on the other hand, lead the table with 6 wins, 2 draws and 1 loss. José Mourinho will reencounter Chelsea once again, but this time where his team is, not only on top with 20 points in nine games, but also the second-best attack and the best defense of this season so far.

In such a difficult and disputed match, anything can happen and despite the Blues’ favouritism, it would not be a surprise if the Spurs won the match.

Chelsea or Tottenham, you decide who you want on your team! Who will win and who will score more points on this Derby Challenge:

  • Chelsea or Tottenham?
  • Edouard Mendy or Hugo Lloris?
  • Thiago Silva or Eric Dier?
  • Kai Havertz or Gareth Bale?
  • Timo Werner or Harry Kane?

All these questions will be answered this Sunday, November 29 at 16:30 on the Stamford Bridge Stadium, in London! Meanwhile, create your own team here: https://fantasy.realfevr.com/t/DERBYCEN

In order to clear any doubts on how Derby Challenge works, we leave at your disposal a piece of the launch article of this new game mode:

Derby Challenge — the new game model by RealFevr

Derby Challenge: a new game model, much like a Daily Fantasy, where you compete in a single event, creating a team for a specific game (or two, max), with limited choices and all the adrenaline just jam-packed into 90 minutes.

In more practical terms, to play RealFevr’s newest competition Derby Challenge you’ll need to create a new team when one is announced (Derby Challenge is not always available) and the most common rules of Classic Leagues will apply here (auto-subs, manual subs, scoring, leaderboards, etc) and will run side-by-side with their “core competitions”, Liga NOS Virtual, England Fantasy and other options available at RealFevr. On top, there will be a leaderboard for the sum of all the Derby Challenges throughout the season.

In spite of the majority of rules being the same as the classic mode of England Fantasy, there are some specific Derby Challenge rules that you must be aware of, we will state them here:

A player is only able to register one team on Derby Challenge league;

The player will have a maximum budget of 120M;

There are no limit of players from each club to make your team;

To use the “automatic replacements” feature, you can only make changes on your team 15 minutes before de beginning of the (first) match of Derby challenge. After that time, the feature will be disabled;

The price of players opposite of England Fantasy league (that is a continuous duration competition), won’t have price variations during the season.

Now, don’t waste time and create your own team at https://fantasy.realfevr.com/t/DERBYCEN

Good luck,
The RealFevr team
