Striker Luis Suarez is set to miss the Copa del Rey final for Barcelona after undergoing knee surgery.
Having suffered a medial meniscus injury, Suarez will be absent from the club’s final two La Liga games against Getafe and Eibar and the domestic cup final against Valencia on May 25.
The 32-year-old is expected to be out of action for between four to six weeks and therefore his season has been brought to a premature end.
