AC Milan scored the opening goal through Christian Pulisic after a brilliant assist from Chukwueze in the sixth minute.

It only took 13 minutes for the Rossoneri to double their lead, doing so through Olivier Giroud.

Lecce’s hopes were put to bed in the dying embers of the first half when Krstovic was given his marching orders for a high challenge on Samuel Chukwueze. Milan’s third of the game came through Rafael Leao, following a swift counter-attack.

The win means AC Milan remain second on 68 points while Lecce sit 13th on 29 points.

  • @ Drey and other colleagues on this forum. We have the human resources to excel at the world level i.e the world cup and the Olympic Games. But our greatest problem remain poor administration and refusal to yield to positive change. This is again been demonstrated with the inability of this incompetent administration to announce the next Golden Eaglets coach with one month 10 days left to commence WAFU U17 AFCON qualifiers in Ghana. We should not castigate any coach that is eventually appointed. We should know where to direct our views in the event the team did not perform to expectation in Ghana next month May 17th, 2024. Hi
