Sevilla Admire Osimhen’s Scoring Form, Eager to Sign Lille Forward

Spanish La Liga club, Sevilla are very much eager to land the signature of Lille hit-man, Victor Osimhen before the winter transfer window slams shut on January 31, 2020, Completesports.com reports.

Osimhen has been in the form of his life since joining Lille from Sporting Charleroi of Belgium last summer, netting 14 goals and making four assists in 27 games overall.

And as a result, top European clubs reportedly want the Super Eagles striker this month with Liverpool ready to firm up their interest in him by making an approach.

Other clubs reportedly interested in signing the 21-year-old are Chelsea, Tottenham Hotspur, Arsenal and Manchester United with Sevilla now deciding to enter the race.

Although the Andalusians signed Morrocan forward, Youssef En-Nesyri from Leganes on Thursday, they want to take advantage of the rest of the market to get a new striker.

And it is likely the club’s sports director, Monchi will go back to the French way. From Ligue 1, the pair of Osimhen and Senegalese, Habib Diallo are on Sevilla’s radar.
