Moussa Sissoko says Tottenham can turn their Champions League tie with Ajax around and reach the final for the very first time. Spurs will head into the second leg of their semi-final tie at the Johan Cruyff Arena with work to do after a goal from Donny van de Beek handed Ajax a 1-0 win in north London last week.

Tottenham’s preparations for Wednesday’s match have not exactly gone to plan, as they lost 1-0 at Bournemouth on Saturday in the Premier League – their fifth defeat in six matches across all competitions. France international Sissoko is not too concerned by Spurs’ recent struggles, however, as he is confident Mauricio Pochettino’s side can overturn their first-leg deficit and set up a final against either Barcelona or Liverpool in Madrid on June 1.
“We don’t have to think too much (about Saturday’s defeat) because another game is coming on Wednesday and we have to make sure we are ready for that game,” Sissoko was quoted as saying by The Telegraph. “It is not every week we can play in this type of match. Even away we still have a chance to win and we have to believe in ourselves. That is what we will try to do.”
