Hosts Southampton held Manchester United to 1-1 draw in their Premier League clash at the St Mary’s Stadium on Saturday afternoon.

Daniel James put Manchester United ahead in the 10th minute with his third Premier League goal of the campaign.

James almost netted another from a powerful strike in the 22nd minute, only for The Saints’ goalkeeper Angus Gunn to make a smart stop.

Jannik Vestergaard equalised for the home team in the 65th minute of the highly entertaining encounter.

Manchester United are now without a win in their last three Premier League games.
