Asisat Oshoala got another brace for Barcelona women’s team as they thrashed visiting Valencia 8-0, in their third league fixture of the season on Saturday, Completesports.com reports.
Oshoala scored twice in Barcelona’s 5-0 win away to Real Betis, in their second league game on September 11th.
The Super Falcons star striker put Barcelona 1-0 ahead in the 23rd minute before grabbing her second and her side’s sixth on 46 minutes in the dominant win.

She has now scored four goals in three games in the Spanish women’s topflight so far and leads the top scorers chart.
Last season the 26-year-old scored 18 goals in 26 league appearances as Barcelona were crowned champions.
They are top on nine points, same points as second and third placed Real Sociedad and Deportivo Alaves but ahead on goals difference.

She always reserves her best for clubside. Perpetual Nwakocha, Florence Omagbema et al didn’t have the experience and exposure Oshuala as but always give 110% with outstanding results while playing for the country. Infact for several years perpetual carried the falcons on her young shoulders. Oshoala must sit up or she wouldn’t be invited again
Ummmm….she’ll always be invited as long as she remains our best. You can argue about her recent efforts but cannot argue her pedigree. She’s the african player of the year multiple times running
Maybe the setup at home is the reason she struggles while playing for the national team or maybe the uneven pitches we have here,I don’t know but I do know one thing though,she is a patriot.
