Heavyweight Carlos Takam would love to take on Dereck Chisora in a rematch later this year. The duo met in July 2018 and Takam went into that bout as the heavy favourite.
However, he was left stunned as Chisora recorded a seventh-round knockout win at the 02 Arena in London.

While Chisora lost his last fight, Takam got back to winning ways and the France-based star is determined to earn a rematch at Wembley Stadium in April. “It’s true, I do want revenge,” Takam exclusively told Sky Sports. “With all the respect due to Dereck, the first fight was an accident. It happens. As we say back home, sometimes even the snake can tumble. “If I can fight Dereck one more time, it won’t be the same story. I will completely correct what happened. “They put on a great show for the fans but we knew whatever happened, Dillian [Whyte] had more of a chance of winning than Chisora did. I have heard he prepared and trained very well for the rematch with Whyte and he is very disappointed losing it.”
