Rumours that Besiktas are keen to re-sign Cenk Tosun have grown after he was seen watching the Istanbul giants play Alanyaspor on Monday.
The 27-year-old forward joined Everton in January 2018 for a reported £27million but has failed to hit the expected heights at Goodison Park.
The Turkey international has made 39 Premier League appearances to date but only 22 starts and his goals return of eight is hardly going to set pulses racing on Merseyside.
It remains to be seen if manager Marco Silva has had enough and will sanction a move away for the German-born star, with reports that he is keen to stay in the Premier League.

Sporx claim that Besiktas are working hard on a package to take Tosun on loan but it has also been suggested that the Toffees are not keen on a loan deal and want to offload him on a permanent basis.
He is under contact at Everton until the summer of 2022 but, after 18 months of warming the bench, it seems highly unlikely that the former Gaziantepspor player will see out that deal.
