Tottenham Tracking Canaries Ace

Tottenham are reported to be leading the race to Norwich right-back Max Aarons when the transfer window re-opens in the summer.

Aarons has been a key player for the Canaries as they have launched a push for promotion from the Championship this season, and his form has not gone unnoticed elsewhere.

Tottenham Hotspurs are said to be at the front of the queue for the 19-year-old but there is interest from Premier League rivals Arsenal and Chelsea, who are also monitoring the situation.

Norwich managed to keep hold during the January window as they sit top of the table, and the player’s future could all depend on whether they make the Premier League this season.

If they go up, Norwich will be in a very strong position to keep hold as the player is under contract until 2023 after penning a new five-year deal last summer.
It has still been suggested an offer in excess of £20million could be too much for the Canaries to turn down.
